On 5th July 2025, BCCI and Bangladesh Cricket Board issued a joint big statement stating that the Indian team’s India Tour Of Bangladesh 2025 scheduled in August 2025 has now been postponed. Now that India vs Bangladesh series will now be played in September 2026.
Three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three T20 Internationals were to be played in the tour between these two countries. Earlier this series was to start from 17 August 2025. That schedule is given below.

Why was India Tour Of Bangladesh Rescheduled?
In a serious discussion between the Board of Control for Cricket in India and BCB, it was decided to postpone this India vs Bangladesh series in view of the international cricket commitments and the busy schedule of both the honorable boards. Both the boards have taken a big decision to hold it in September 2026 by mutual consent.
